As individuals, whether adult or adolescent, we are impacted by many things. Often problems arise in our lives and we find it difficult to figure things out on our own. Individual therapy can help bring clarity. Connecting with a therapist who understands the difficulty can be so helpful. Our therapists are trained in the experiential models of Satir Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Our therapists are also trained in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, an excellent and non-invasive therapy for trauma.
